No fees will be charged for transfer/refund procedures due to flight cancellation or significant delay of the booked flight.
*NOTICE*
- If you cancel your booking or change your flight before the announcement of flight cancellation or significant delay, it will be considered as a cancellation or flight change for customer's personal reason, which is not eligible for a refund.
- You may not make a cancellation/refund request for the paid insurance fee at Peach. Please contact your insurance company directly.
- If a delay of one hour or more for domestic flights and two hours or more for international flights is determined by the start of check-in, it will be treated as a significant delay. If a significant delay is determined after check-in has started, handling of your ticket will be advised at the airport.
