A booking reference (or a reservation number/booking number) is the 6-character alphanumeric reference number which appears on the reservation-completion screen and an itinerary.

A booking reference is required for the procedures below:
・Manage booking
・Adding options such as checked baggage or seat selection
・Check-in
・Certificates Issuance
