Please obtain a delay/cancellation certificate from the transport company (e.g. bus and train companies with timetables) and present it to us at the airport counter or contact us via the Contact Centre. We will then assist you in making arrangements to travel on the next available flight.
The process must be completed within 3 days of your scheduled departure.
