If you cannot use Peach Points, one of the following may be the reason. Please see below for details.
- The Peach Point holder is not in the booking
Peach Points cannot be used unless the Peach Point holder is one of the passengers of booking. The Peach Point holder's name is non-changeable. The Peach Point is non-transferrable and non-resaleable. - The Peach Point is expired
The Peach Point is valid for 180 days from the date of issuance. It will be invalid on the 181st day. The Peach Points validity cannot be extended. - The Peach Point number or the security code is incorrect
Please double-check your Peach Point number/security code and enter correctly. - The currency is different.
Peach Point is only available in the currency in which it was issued. - Insurance has been selected as option at the time of new booking
If you selected insurance (Peach Ticket Guard or Peach Travel Insurance) as option at the time of new booking, Peach Points cannot be used for payment.
