- A connecting flight or a round trip flight is ineligible for alternative flight transfer if both ways are not in the same itinerary (using the same reservation number).
- Alternative flight transfer to another carrier is not available.
- If a delay of one hour or more for domestic flights and two hours or more for international flights is determined by the start of check-in, it will be treated as a significant delay. If a significant delay is determined after check-in has started, handling of your ticket will be advised at the airport.
