Flights that are cancelled or significantly delayed may apply for a refund on our website.
In the case of multiple segments under the same booking reference number, all segments before departure at the time of cancellation/delay announcement will be eligible for a refund.
In this case, no handling fees apply.

-Different handling applied for each segment under the same booking number (combination of transfer and refund)
-Transfer of a part of passengers in a booking out of all

- Please note that transfer/refund will not be eligible for connecting flights or round-trip itineraries with a different booking reference number.
- If you cancel or change your flight before the announcement of cancellation or significant delay, it will be treated as a cancellation or change due to personal reason, and refund or flight transfer handling will become ineligible.
- For bookings via a travel agency, please contact the travel agency where you purchased the ticket before the deadline for application.
- Please contact your insurance company directly for refund of insurance premiums.
- Transportation and accommodation expenses incurred as a result of flight cancellation or significant delay are not covered.
