If your flight has encountered a significant delay or has been cancelled, regardless of the fare type, we will provide you with a refund or an alternative flight transfer.
In this case, there is no handling fee required for this refund or alternative flight transfer.

1. Alternative Peach flight transfer
Application is available through Peach website.
Please log in to "Manage Booking"
In case of multiple sectors in the same booking reference, all the flights onwards from the cancelled or delayed flight are eligible for a refund or an alternative flight transfer.

The refund will be made as the original payment method.
- For original payments made by convenience store, ATM, or Internet banking, an email regarding the refund method will be sent within two weeks after the refund application.

Any original payment method other than the above shall take around 1 to 2 months for the refund procedure. There is no notification after the refund is done.
Please check your statement by your own means.
- Any connecting or return flights purchased under separate booking references will not be refunded nor transferred to an alternative flight.
- If a flight change or cancellation is processed before a significant delay or flight cancellation is announced, these procedures are considered to be made by customers' reasons. In this case, a refund or alternative flight transfer without handling fee is not available.
- If tickets were purchased through a travel agency, please contact your agency within the application period.
- Refund application of Insurance fee is not available at Peach. Please contact your contacted insurance company in this case.
- Please understand that Peach will not compensate any other fees for your travel (eg. Accommodation, rental car at travel destination.)
- Alternative flight transfer to another airlines is not available.
