Flights that are cancelled or significantly delayed will be transferred or refunded regardless of fare type.
In the case of multiple segments under the same booking reference number, all segments before departure at the time of cancellation/delay announcement will be eligible for transfer or refund.

Eligible application period: Within 10 days counted from the next day the original departure date
Eligible period for alternative flight departure date: Available flights that depart within 10 days counted from the next day of the original flight's scheduled departure date. - Refund (unboarded ticket only)
In case of force majeure such as weather conditions: Within 10 days since the original departure date
In case of reason by Peach: Within 30 days since the original departure date

The following cases cannot be processed via the website:
・Different handling applied for each segment under the same booking number (combination of transfer and refund)
・Transfer of a part of passengers in a booking out of all

- Please note that transfer/refund will not be eligible for connecting flights or round-trip itineraries with a different booking reference number.
- If you cancel or change your flight before the announcement of cancellation or significant delay, it will be treated as a cancellation or change due to personal reason, and refund or flight transfer handling will become ineligible.
- For booking via a travel agency, please contact the travel agency where you purchased the ticket before the deadline for application.
- Please contact your insurance company directly for refund of insurance premiums.
- Transportation and accommodation expenses incurred as a result of flight cancellation or significant delay are not covered.
- We do not provide transfer to the flight of another airline.
- If a delay of one hour or more for domestic flights and two hours or more for international flights is determined by the start of check-in, it will be treated as a significant delay. If a significant delay is determined after check-in has started, handling of your ticket will be advised at the airport.
