● Standard
The total amount of fare and taxes minus a fee will be refunded in Peach Points.
● Standard Plus
The total amount of fare and taxes minus a fee will be refunded to the payment method used at the time of booking.
If you wish to to make a refund, please log in from "Manage Booking" below and complete the procedure no later than 1 hour prior to the departure time stated in the itinerary.

- Fees and charges paid other than the ticket fare (such as checked baggage fees and seat selection fees) are non-refundable for any fare type.
- Refunded Peach Points will be issued in the same currency as the ticket purchase and in the name of the first passenger on the reservation.
- In the case of flight cancelled or significantly delayed, you can get a refund without handling fee regardless of the fare type.
