There are two ways to issue various certificates.
Please check one of the following:

• Issuing at Peach Profile Account site
  If you have registered and logged in to your Peach profle account at the time of booking, you can issue certificates at the Peach profile account site.
  Please go to "Manage booking" and search for the booking of which you would like to issue a certificate.

• Issue a certificate on the Peach website
  Certificates can be issued from the "Travel Disruption ＆ Boarding Certificate" page.
  You need to enter your booking number and registered phone number to print out the certificate.

*We cannot issue certificates on our website for bookings purchased via travel agent.
Please contact the travel agency where you purchased the ticket.
