Please enter your booking number into the“Booking Ref” box. Booking number is the 6-character reference printed on the top right of your confirmation email.
Please enter the family name of the passenger (not the purchaser) of the itinerary into “Family name” box in alphabets.
Please note that full name is not required, only family name is required.
