If you have not received your confirmation email or if you cannot locate the email, please check the following settings.
If you log into Peach account while booking, the reservation can be checked on your Peach account site.
*This is also available when you create Peach account at the same time as a new booking.

・The mail could be stored in a spam (junk) mail folder. Please check your Spam (junk) folder.
If you used your mobile phone address, you might not be able to receive the email because of the email filtering function of mobile carriers. Please set up your mobile phone to receive email from “resmail.flypeach.com” in the setting screen, and contact us via chat or phone.
・ Due to system specification, email addresses that are under any of the following conditions are unable to receive our flight booking confirmation email.
