We sometimes accept more bookings than the actual seating capacity for some flights expected to have vacant seats due to the fact there are no-show passengers. We give our full attention to our booking management, however, in rare cases, we fall short of seats at the last minute.
We will offer you the next flight to take you to the destination if that happens.
If you decide not to board the next flight, you will get full refund.
If you paid with a credit card, the full amount will be refunded to the same credit card. If you paid at a convenience store or used online banking, the money will be transferred into your bank account. If you paid by Peach Points, new Peach Points will be issuued.
