For new bookings made through the website, payment can be made at convenience stores (a part of the stores and overseas stores do not support this service).
However, convenience store payments cannot be selected if any of the following applies:
- Bookings of which the currency of payment is other than Japanese yen
- Bookings of which the total amount of payment exceeds 300,000 yen
- Bookings made less than 72 hours prior to the departure time shown on the timetable
- Bookings of which Ticket Guard (travel insurance) option has been selected during the reservation.
*You will need a "Reception Number/Settlement Number" or the "Customer Number" to make a payment.
When the booking is completed, you will be able to confirm the number in a separate window. Please be sure to note it.
Please note, the payment numbers cannot be reissued.

For convenience store payments, please ask the convenience store where you make your payment for a receipt. We cannot issue receipts.
