An email itinerary will be sent to your registered email address within 5 – 15 minutes once you have completed your booking online or via Contact Center.
If you cannot find your confirmation email, please search your inbox for the email with the subject line "[Peach] Your Peach Reservation”, or check your Spam folder.
If you still cannot find your confirmation email, it is likely that your booking is not completed.
If you haven’t received your confirmation email, and you know your booking number, please click here to confirm your booking.
If you haven’t received your confirmation email, and you don’t know your booking number, please contact us via chat.
The following could be other reasons why you cannot receive your itinerary.
1) The email has been filtered by a specified domain for spam email.
2) The email address is mistyped.
In addition, if your email address is in either of the below patterns you will not receive an itinerary. If your registered email uses one of the following email address patterns, please contact us via chat.
・A "dot (.)" is right in front of the "at mark (@)": xxxx.@xxxxxx
・Has more than two "dots (.)" continuously before "at mark (@)": xx..xx@xxxxxx
*To prevent from email problems that may lead to booking confirmation failure, we strongly suggest that you to note down your booking number or print out the confirmation page after payment.
